NAD+ Boosters increase levels of NAD+, a coenzyme crucial for cellular energy production and DNA repair. NAD+ is crucial for activating enzymes called sirtuins, which help regulate cellular health, stress resistance, and metabolism. As we age, NAD+ levels decline, which can lead to decreased cellular function and contribute to aging. Boosters like nicotinamide riboside (NR) and nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) help replenish NAD+, supporting energy production, DNA repair, and overall cellular vitality, which may slow down age-related decline.

Mitochondria, the "powerhouses" of cells, often become less efficient with age, so these substances aim to enhance mitochondrial function and ATP production, reduce oxidative stress, support fat metabolism, and even stimulate new mitochondria formation. When combined, they create a synergistic effect, promoting higher energy production, greater resilience against stress, and protection against age-related mitochondrial decline.

Senolytics and CR Mimetics

FISETIN, QUERCETIN, DASATINIB, SPERMIDIN, RESVERATROL

Senolytics help clear out "senescent" or "zombie" cells, which stop dividing and accumulate with age, causing inflammation and tissue damage. Removing these cells may improve tissue function and potentially delay aging effects. CR Mimetics mimics the effects of caloric restriction by activating autophagy, a cellular process that removes damaged components and supports cellular rejuvenation. Autophagy tends to decrease with age, and CR Mimetics help to enhance this process, promoting cellular health and potentially extending lifespan. They can also activate sirtuins (particularly SIRT1), proteins associated with the beneficial effects of caloric restriction, such as improved cellular repair, stress resistance, and metabolism. By activating these pathways, CR Mimetics can mimic some longevity benefits associated with reduced calorie intake.
